Iconic Vancouver Landmark. Longest project duration at over 4 years, Highest cost / SF property in Canada at the time. A combination of heritage restoration and modern luxury technical challenges included completing the tower by accessing the building through Parkade levels 7‐10 while the first 13 floors of the tower were occupied with businesses.
